Important Information
When will I receive my box?
Our monthly boxes are dispatched every 14th of the month. Our cut-off date is the 7th of the month. So, if you subscribed on or before the 7th, you will receive your box after it has been dispatched on the 14th. If, however, you subscribed after the 7th of the current month, you will receive the next month's box after this has dispatched on the 14th of next month.
Important dates:
Cut-off – 7th of the current month at midnight
Dispatch – 14th of the month
Renewals – 1st of the month (please see below)
When will I be billed again?
Your subscription will be renewed each month on the 1st. Don't worry, if you subscribed after the cut-off you won't be recharged until you have received your first box.
When will I receive my box?
We ship to the UK by Royal Mail Second Class Standard so please give a few days for your box to arrive. International shipments are also by Royal Mail but these can take up to 9 days for delivery. In the event that you do not receive your box after about a week and you are in the UK, please let us know so we can keep an eye on things for you. We will always help you with your delivery but please be aware that Royal Mail will not investigate any missing parcels until 14 working days have passed.
How do I choose the fragrances I want?
When you subscribe to one of our monthly boxes, you will be directed to a new page where you can select your prefered fragrances for the current month. After the 8th of each month up until the 7th of the next month, you can login to your account and choose the upcoming month's new fragrances. Please don't forget to do this each month as any choices which are not updated will receive the our standard choice wax melt box that month.
Can I change my mind about which fragrances I want during the month?
You can make your monthly selection after the 9th of each month. Once you have chosen your fragrances, these will be your choices for that current month. Unfortunately, even if you change your selection via your account page, they will not be updated for your current delivery. So if you really need to change the current month choices, please email us at contact@sparrowandfarthing.co.uk.
Can I change my box size?
Yes, you can login to your account and change your preference from the next month on.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, if you need to pause for any reason, just login and pause your account. Please be aware that the current month may already have been charged or dispatched, based on the date you login.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It would really be a shame to see you go, but if you want to cancel your subscription, you can do this at any time. Please be aware that the current month may already have been charged or dispatched, based on the date you login to cancel.
Do you send internationally?
Yes! We send our boxes to the UK and to the United States. We are working on ways to send to other countries.
How do I leave a review?
We love to hear your thoughts on our products. Please follow us on social media and leave us a review there. Occassionally, we will add reviews to our website.
